These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rk66a platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the rk66a Platform in any capacity. rk66a strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where legally required.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on rk66a:
2.4 Representations. By registering, you represent and warrant to rk66a that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this Section 2, that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, and that you will update your Account details promptly if any such information changes.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. rk66a reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void all transactions associated with them.
3.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid payment method registered in your name. rk66a is under no obligation to accept a registration application and may decline any application at its sole discretion.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rk66a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify rk66a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. rk66a reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance. In the event of closure for cause, rk66a may withhold funds pending investigation.
3.5 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the rk66a support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rk66a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in IDR.
4.2 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. rk66a does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. rk66a does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed only to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit and only to an account verified as belonging to the Player. rk66a targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for standard requests; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. rk66a reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments. Players in VIP tiers may be subject to elevated withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP programme terms.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. rk66a is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of illegal activity. rk66a reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to any Account and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification. Any transaction suspected of being connected to illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the rk66a Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming placement. rk66a will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where permitted under the specific rules of the relevant product.
5.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting on rk66a covers pre-match and in-play markets across football (including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and BRI Liga 1), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Specific market rules, settlement procedures, and void conditions for each sport are set out in the Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the ticket to win; any void leg reduces the accumulator accordingly.
5.3 Casino & Live Casino. Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game carries its own stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage and house edge. rk66a does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical game equipment operated by licensed studios.
5.4 Void Events. rk66a reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed after the outcome of the event was known or the event had commenced; (b) it was placed using an erroneous price or odds resulting from a system error; (c) the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned without a conclusive result.
5.5 Maximum Payout. rk66a applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds or stake placed.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on rk66a are open to eligible Players unless the specific promotion states otherwise. New Player Welcome Bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. VIP tier bonuses are restricted to Players who have attained the relevant tier status.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Platform. Where no specific terms are published, a default wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount applies.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); slot games typically contribute at 100%. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. rk66a monitors wagering patterns and account activity. Any Player found to be: (a) opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; (b) using low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; (c) colluding with other Players to abuse promotional conditions; or (d) placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, will have their Bonus Funds voided and may have their Account terminated.
6.5 Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions. rk66a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds credited prior to a promotion's withdrawal will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 Verification Process. rk66a applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. rk66a may also request verification at any point during a Player's account lifetime.
7.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires the following:

7.4 Data Use. All documents and information submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with rk66a's Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk66a Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be subject to civil or criminal action where applicable:
9.1 rk66a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.
9.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
9.3 rk66a will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to third parties, except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment details with your bank or e-wallet provider), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 The rk66a Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rk66a makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its features.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk66a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to internet connectivity failure; loss or corruption of Account data; errors in odds, prices, or game results subsequently corrected under these Terms; or any force majeure event beyond rk66a's reasonable control.
10.3 rk66a's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to rk66a in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rk66a's liability for death or personal injury caused by rk66a's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 rk66a is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering losses.

12.2 rk66a operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The Platform is licensed and regulated internationally. rk66a does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction; Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their country or territory of residence.
12.3 Any dispute between rk66a and a Player that cannot be resolved through rk66a's internal complaints procedure (outlined in Section 13) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
